Having completed my education I began my career in 2017 working at Hastings direct, initially as a case handler before working my way towards being a claims negotiator; it was a role that I thoroughly enjoyed and in particular learning about the more technical aspects. No two cases were ever the same so there was always an opportunity to learn something new or tackle it in a slightly different approach.
After 5 years in insurance I made the switch to First Choice Mortgages working in the ‘family business’ where I have been learning from Andy and Matt’s experience in the industry, and regularly bothering them with questions.
